Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Each October we like to show our support for those affected by breast cancer. Since 2001, the Aveda network and guests have donated over $6.5M to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) through sales of limited edition breast cancer campaign products and donations focusing on environmental and lifestyle factors, that possibly affect the risk of breast cancer.
This year Aveda has chosen to use the popular calming Shampure Aroma for their annual Limited Edition Hand Relief Cream 2021. The size has also been reduced to 100ml making it handbag friendly and has an amazing retail price of £18.00 and as with every year Aveda donates $10 of the purchase price to support cruelty-free research through the Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) in a bid to help end breast cancer.
A long standing Aveda favourite, Shampure is a calming blend of 25 pure flower and plant essences, including certified organic lavender, petitgrain and ylang ylang, 95% naturally derived from plants, non-petroleum minerals or water, using ISO standard. The intense moisture within this hand cream helps to soothe seriously dry hands leaving them noticeably softer and smoother with andiroba oil and other plant hydrators helping to infuse the skin with nourishment for moisturized, soft hands.
